Take your career to a growing company! Camerota Truck Parts has an opening for a highly-motivated and experienced Service Writer in our busy Service department.

Reporting to the Service Manager this position will be primarily responsible for work order processing for Service repairs. Other duties include:

• Prepare repair orders, customer estimates / invoices and reports as required
• Schedule customer repairs and preventative maintenance
• Communicate with Customers on all aspects of repairs, explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact records; answering questions and concerns.
• Ordering and sourcing parts for technicians in a timely manner to eliminate down-time.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years previous Truck Dealership Service Writer experience.
• Truck mechanical knowledge required to correctly ascertain truck problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms and conducting inspections
• Computer proficiency (Excel, Word )
• Must exhibit professionalism and strong ability in communication, customer service, interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, problem analysis and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and supportive attitude and contribution toward process improvement
• Detail oriented, self-sufficient professional with a “make it happen” attitude & approach.
• Position is full-time Mon – Fri
