Camerota Truck Parts is looking for an experienced and motivated Truck Parts Counter Sales Associate to join our expanding sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for the automotive industry, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing high-quality service to our customers while contributing to our company’s continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Handle and process high-volume sales calls, ensuring each customer’s needs are addressed thoroughly and professionally.
• Product Identification: Accurately identify light to heavy-duty truck models, components, and parts, providing the right solutions based on customer needs.
• Resource Management: Use electronic catalogs, parts/unit reference books, and our internal computer system to gather necessary information and process orders.
• Order Processing: Manage order billing, returns, core charges, and transaction reconciliation with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Customer Solutions: Leverage your product knowledge to offer effective solutions for customer drivetrain needs, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience: Previous experience in truck or automotive parts sales is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills with proficiency in online tools, catalogs, and internal systems.
• Customer-Centric: Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and courteous service.
• Availability: Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
