3. Field Support Representative

Camerota Truck Parts is looking for a full time, highly motivated & dependable person to join our team in an exciting “hybrid” role that supports our Sales and Service Departments in the Scranton PA market. The Field Support Representative is responsible for providing repair shops, dealerships, truck and bus fleets with world class customer support and service in the heavy duty truck, bus and industrial drive train marketplace.

Duties include:

• Process sales orders, product transfer paperwork, core returns, and inventory counts
• Use electronic catalogs and parts reference books to identify light, medium, and heavy duty truck transmission, differential and steering drivetrain components providing correct solutions for customer needs
• Product pickup and delivery to Customers as required
• Forklift and/or crane operation with ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Regular use of and continued training with vehicle diagnostic equipment such as Allison Doc
• In-person B2B sales and inbound B2B phone customer calls as needed

The successful candidate will possess:

• Heavy Truck and Equipment and/or Automotive experience
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to effectively communicate digitally and in person
• Detail Oriented with strong organizational skills; ability to multitask
• A great attitude for team-work and strong willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license – clear of any major infractions past 5 years
